We offer both Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-Department of Transportation drug test collection and breath alcohol testing in accordance with regulations. Medix works with laboratories who offer multiple testing panels.

Schedule a Des Moines Area Screening
Medix is happy to allow walk-in drug screens again! Our office conducts drug screen collections 8am-noon and 1pm-4pm on weekdays. We have a regular influx of screens on Monday mornings, so although we work to accommodate walk-ins first, we want you to be aware as you plan your visit. Please contact our Ankeny office to discuss test options or to schedule a screening in the Des Moines Area. Medix does not offer drug or alcohol screenings at the Cedar Rapids location.
