Mark C. Taylor, MD, MPH, CIME, FACOEM earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa in 1998. He completed his residency at the Des Moines Internal Medicine Residency Program, Iowa Methodist Medical Center and VA Central Iowa Healthcare System in 2001. He earned his Masters of Public Health degree and completed his residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 2003.
Before joining Medix Occupational Health in 2013, Dr. Taylor practiced occupational medicine for 10 years in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He is board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Taylor served on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee for Central States Occupational and Environmental Medicine Association and served as President of Central States Occupational and Environmental Medicine Association in 2019-2020.
